This study investigates the integration of curriculum frameworks within educational institutions and corporate management practices in Erbil Province, Iraq. As Erbil continues to develop as one of the most dynamic regions in the Middle East, aligning educational curricula with the competencies demanded by modern organizations has become a critical policy concern. Drawing on qualitative and document analysis methods, this research examines how curriculum design principles—traditionally confined to formal schooling—can be systematically applied to human resource development and organizational learning within companies operating in Erbil. The findings reveal significant gaps between the skills produced by educational institutions and those required by the corporate sector. The study further identifies best practices from both domains and proposes a convergent framework that bridges educational curriculum theory with corporate training management. The article contributes to ongoing discourse on workforce development in post-conflict regions and offers actionable recommendations for policymakers, educators, and corporate leaders in Erbil and comparable regional contexts.
