Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under review elsewhere. The following guidelines should be followed:

1. Manuscript Language
Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English. Exceptional cases may be considered in Bahasa Indonesia, provided an abstract in English is included.

2. Formatting

  • Length: 4,000–7,000 words (excluding references)

  • File Type: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

  • Font: Times New Roman, size 12, 1.5 spacing

  • Referencing Style: APA 7th Edition (In-text and reference list)

  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

3. Structure of the Manuscript

  • Title

  • Author(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Abstract (150–250 words) and Keywords (3–5)

  • Introduction

  • Literature Review (if applicable)

  • Methodology

  • Results and Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References

4. Submission Process
Manuscripts should be submitted via the official online system or by email to the proceeding committee. Authors will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 5 working days.

5. Ethical Statement
Authors must declare that the manuscript is original and free of ethical misconduct, and that all co-authors have agreed to the submission.

6. Review and Decision Timeframe
The review process takes approximately 2–4 weeks. Final decisions are communicated via email.
