For Authors:

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original, free from plagiarism, and properly cites the contributions of others.

  • Submissions must not have been published elsewhere or be under consideration by another publication.

  • All contributors should be appropriately acknowledged, and ghostwriting or honorary authorship is strictly prohibited.

  • Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed.

For Editors:

  • Editors must evaluate manuscripts solely based on academic merit, without discrimination.

  • Confidentiality must be maintained throughout the editorial process.

  • Editors must ensure that peer review is fair, unbiased, and timely.

  • Editors are responsible for taking corrective action in cases of ethical misconduct, such as plagiarism or data fabrication.

For Reviewers:

  • Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback.

  • They should identify any ethical concerns or conflicts of interest.

  • Manuscripts under review must be treated as confidential documents and not used for personal advantage.

The proceeding follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and will take appropriate measures in cases of ethical violations.
