Publication Process

The publication process in The International Proceeding of Innovative Science and Transdisciplinary Studies is designed to ensure quality, transparency, and academic rigor. The steps are as follows:

  1. Manuscript Submission
    Authors submit manuscripts via the official online submission system or through the designated conference/proceeding channel.

  2. Initial Screening
    The editorial team conducts an initial check for scope, formatting, and basic ethical compliance (e.g., originality, similarity index, and authorship).

  3. Peer Review
    Manuscripts that pass initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers through a double-blind peer-review process. Reviewers assess the manuscript’s originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and contribution.

  4. Editorial Decision
    Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editorial board makes a decision: accept, revise (minor or major), or reject. Authors are notified and provided with reviewer comments for revision if necessary.

  5. Revision and Resubmission
    Authors are given time to revise and resubmit the manuscript. Revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for a second round of evaluation.

  6. Final Acceptance and Editing
    Once accepted, the manuscript undergoes final proofreading, formatting, and metadata preparation.

  7. Publication
    The final version of the paper is published online in the official proceeding and indexed (if applicable). Authors are provided with access to the published version.
