Plagiarism
The International Proceeding of Innovative Science and Transdisciplinary Studies maintains a strict policy against any form of plagiarism. All submitted manuscripts will be screened for similarity using professional plagiarism detection software (such as Turnitin or iThenticate) prior to the peer review process.
The following actions will be taken based on similarity index results:
-
<15%: Proceed to review (acceptable level).
-
15%–30%: Returned to authors for revision and proper citation.
-
>30%: Automatically rejected due to high plagiarism content.
Plagiarism includes but is not limited to:
-
Copying text, ideas, figures, or data from other sources without proper citation,
-
Self-plagiarism (reusing substantial parts of one’s own previously published work without disclosure),
-
Submitting someone else’s work as one’s own.
Authors are fully responsible for the content of their manuscripts. Proven cases of plagiarism will result in rejection, and may lead to a permanent ban from future submissions.
