This program is a program designed to improve economic well-being through empowering women with innovative agricultural approaches. The program involves technical training on hydroponic methods, which allows participants to grow crops without the need for large areas of land. In addition to training, the program also provides initial capital assistance and infrastructure support such as greenhouses, which allow participants to start and manage their hydroponic businesses effectively. The results of the socialization showed that the targets were very enthusiastic and needed capacity building in the fields of education, entrepreneurship, and health. Furthermore, the team conducted relevant training, such as training on sowing seeds, hydroponic techniques, and harvesting. This program has succeeded in achieving 70% of the planned target, with full support from the local community. Marketing strategies that include local and digital markets are implemented to expand product reach and increase income. In addition, the sustainability of the program is maintained through regular evaluation and partnerships. Evaluations ensure that the program remains relevant and adaptive, while partnerships strengthen financial and technical support, and open up opportunities for replication in other areas. The program not only increases individual incomes but also empowers women and contributes to sustainable community economic development, making it an effective empowerment model that can be applied to other communities.
