Optimizing the role of the Baitul Izzah mosque which is located in the Mako Brimob Company 3 Battalion B compound, Bondowoso Regency, is an effort to maximize the function of the mosque in supporting local community programs, especially within the police institution. This mosque not only acts as a place of worship, but also as a social, educational and economic center. The main focus of this research is to explore the role of mosques with an experimental and experiential approach. The experimental approach involves implementing and evaluating various innovative programs at the Baitul Izzah mosque such as tarbiyyah, ubudiyyah, insaniyah, ijtima'iyyah, iqtishadiyyah, And syababiyyah. This research also adopted an experiential approach by collecting feedback from mosque congregations, Brimob personnel, and local communities around the mosque by discussing the effectiveness of the program. This research uses a systematic approach that includes participant observation as well as a survey of mosque congregations, in-depth interview to Brimob members, questionnaire.
